Over the past 6 months we have been very fortunate to have had the benefit of Daniella Lavan’s help in designing our House in East Bowral. Daniella has been invaluable in providing expert advice for both Interior and Exterior design concepts while helping us to remain within budget.

Daniella has been instrumental in helping us find the best solutions for the entire house, ensuring that we end up with a home that will remain in style, vogue and functionality for many years to come. Without Daniella’s expertise this project could of had the potential to massively blow out on budget or turned into a miss matched mess however Daniella kept us on track at every turn. I worked with Daniella Lavan on the interior design of a new construction home during 2017. During this time she helped me choose the flooring, tiling, cabinetry and internal and external colour schemes for my home, a job which when faced with this task on your own seems quite overwhelming. Daniella Lavan came to us, on the recommendation of a mutual friend, when we were looking for someone to help us style our unique property for sale.
After meeting Daniella and talking through ideas we were both convinced that she was the best person for the job. We did speak to other stylists however Daniella was easier to get along with and was enthusiastic. It didn’t feel like just another job for her.

The ideas that Daniella came up with, she implemented, dealing with the furniture hire people and all the tradespersons we used to paint interior walls and polish the concrete floor.

Daniella was introduced to me through a mutual friend and came with recommendation for Interior Design. I own a hotel in Bowral in which I was in the process of completely renovating. Daniella’s enthusiasm was extremely energetic and her ability to listen to my overall concept and come up with solution was quite impressive.

She worked quite closely with my builders, electricians, painters and project managed the majority of this on my behalf.

John Davis – Mexican Restaurant

Gringo’s hired the services of Daniella’s company Spatial Elements to produce an interior design for our restaurant that would give it an element of sophistication that we were wanting to achieve for the site without being just another tacky Mexican restaurant.

Daniella’s design concept hit the mark in establishing very favourable feedback from our diner’s who constantly give us positive comments about the design of our relatively new restaurant, and the fact that it is a very warm, inviting and enjoyable atmosphere to be in when dining.

She has incorporated décor and furnishings which give the restaurant a rustic and warm feel with little clutter of furnishings and a casual contemporary style which give the Mexican restaurant a level of class while still representing traditional Mexican décor and colour themes.

We are very happy with her work in producing a design that we are very happy with and which is reflective in our customers many positive comments of the restaurant.
Her dedication and work ethic in this project were exceptional and certainly a member you would want on your team for any interior/exterior design project.
